How many people can join the virtual tasting?

There is a 100 user limit on a Zoom call, however in our experience, we feel that 30 or less ‘locations’ is a good number. We know that several people can be in each location and there is no extra fees per person. We just recommend that if you have more than 30 locations, than a separate event could be scheduled to create more engagement from everyone.

Can we ship wines?

Yes! Most virtual tasting websites only offer their services. We work with our national partners to fulfill the wines. We work with only the best retailers that can guarantee quality wines, temperature-sensitive shipping and excellent service for tracking and insurance.

What is the cost?

There is a flat fee for the sommelier and a variable cost for wine. We have packages that starts at $100 per location, including tax and shipping for 3 bottles of wine . We work with high-quality wines and can scale up as much as you like. Finding rare bottles for a large group is a task so we work with national retailers that specialize in that.

If you provide the wines, than a flat-fee is available for the services.

How many wines should you do?

That’s a trick question, right? Seriously, we recommended at least three wines. We can do half bottles (375 ml) or full bottles (750 ml). There is no difference in quality or price, we can guarantee that your group will enjoy 3 bottles responsibly over 1-2 days.
